Taylor’s Garage & Performance.

My car has been with Taylor's Garage since September 2024. They stopped answering my calls. They took $1400 to "buy parts". They moved from Liberty to old Liberty road towards Asheboro and didn't tell me. Then I called and they said my car would be finished in a week. So I stopped by and the new shop was closed. Still can't find my car.

Took my car to Taylor’s garage in February of 2024, I purchased the parts myself and paid for the labor upfront, for 2 years they have communicated very little and have lied multiple times telling me my car will be done in a week, they moved from liberty to Asheboro without even notifying me and when I finally tracked them down I was lied to again about when my car will be finished.I decided to stop by the new shop because I couldn’t get in contact with anybody only to find out that was closed. I have no clue where my vehicle is or what condition it’s in

I'm so glad I found their ad on nextdoor! They did a great job of checking to make sure I didn't have any problems with my a/c system before they changed it! And gave me exactly the price they advertised! I will be back for tires and I know that they will be the only place I will need for repairs in the future! Told all my friends what a Great, Respectful, and Honest place this is!

I was highly disappointed in the work I had done at Taylor's. We had agreed on certain things. I had already bought most all the parts, I had asked them if they were okay with installing these parts while they had the engine out of the car. They had used part of the parts, then didn't do nothing with the other parts. These were common parts a Thermostat, oil pressure switch ETC... The other thing was I wanted the engine painted while it was out of the car, We put this in writing, on the work order. What I got was they painted the valve covers, the timing cover and the bottom pan. Nothing else was touched. Si I have a new water pump that is rust covered, the intake has splotched paint on it. and the block and heads are rust colored. There was some other stuff like not securing the wiring

The staff was incredible and extremely kind and helpful! As a young teenage girl I always feel like i’m getting scammed when I go into many shops but this one always makes sure i’m taken care of at the correct price. Highly reccomend! They changed my motor and my brake pads.
