TBA Auto Parts

Purchased Wix filters on line. I was shipped an off brand name filters that were relabeled to a WIX number. TBA will not honor a refund for the "Bait n Switch" Next step the Better Business Bureau.

Steer clear of this place. The company is extremely shady and does not follow California consumer laws. They by law are require to post their limited return/exchange policy if returns are not allowed either on the specific item or at each register or the public entrance which they do not. I bought an item here and as I got in my car I noticed on the paper they stapled to my receipt it said no returns allowed. I immediately walked right back into the store and said I do not want this product you did not inform me it was not returnable. I do not want it as I wasnt sure I needed it, bought just in case. The guy was really rude and said it says on the receipt no returns so no you cant return it. I said if I had been told up front I would never have bought the item. The guy said that was there

This is my personal experience with TBA. I went to TBA bought two front axles for my vehicle and was told by the person who sold it to me life time warranty as long as i owned the vehicle. Ok sounds good enough. After two years one of them blew out and I needed to get it replaced. Went back to TBA to get another one which was under their so called life time warranty. when i got there the person at the counter was really helpful, got me the right part and was like its gonna be 80 dollars because you brought in your core. I told him i bought these here and was told life time warranty. then he asked for a store receipt. How do you expect me to have a receipt from two years ago. I told him I didnt have a receipt and it was two years ago. he said if you dont have a receipt then how am i suppose

I have been to this store several times and they have never disappointed me. They stock things that no one else does, even the auto dealers themselves. I just purchased a power window regulator that the dealership parts department said was discontinued and no longer stocked.

Perfect.. We went to 4 different stores looking for 2 basic parts that every store should have (engnition n points) , tba was 5th that day and was very happy they knew what they were doing and had the parts we needed. They were all very helpful and friendly. Thank you tba 😊 wish we went to you first!
