You can’t ask for more when looking for a towing company. Yari took my call and showed exceptional customer service. Not just that but she even came out to service me so that I would not have to wait long. Very quick response in timing and showed a lot of care. If one person shows all this, I can imagine how the company as a whole are! Thank you again, 5 star well deserved!

Johnny was very professional and experienced. My son and I were grateful for his help. He has a calm demeanor and great attitude. He met us in the middle of the night to load the car.

I had originally contracted with Ak towing company, and without my knowledge, they reached out to this company for assistance. Yadi (sp?)—the tow operator—was extremely personable, professional, and skilled. She handled my vehicle with real care and consideration. The only issue was the pricing. I agreed to a tow at a much lower rate than what TBB later billed me. I sincerely hope this was simply a miscommunication between dispatchers and not a bait-and-switch tactic. In my opinion, they should have honored the price I was quoted from AK and addressed any difference directly with the company they partner with.

Yonis was great with my car that needed towing. Professional, and sent pictures when it was dropped off. Very thankful for the service!

I was the middle person today to scramble finding a tow company to pick up our ONLY car off the road from dropping off our children to school. The battery was giving trouble and for the multiple times ( AWESOME TOW DRIVER WHOSE NAME I DON"T KNOW).he had to restart the car then get it on the truck.So that we could go to a mechanic before evening pickup. I give him multiple props, it was only after he left. I forgot to give a monetary tip. SO I AM GIVING ALL 5 STARS!!!!! THX A BUNCH FOR SAVING US THIS MORNING IN THE COLD.
