Exceptional service! 1 million stars! If I could give 1 million stars I would to Kiana & Tom’s Auto Repair! I have been a customer for eight years and would never ever think of going to any other service station. The personalized customer service, exceptional repair work and wonderful family run business are above all the rest! I seriously can’t praise them high enough. There has never been a time that I called that I wasn’t given a prompt appointment whether it was for routine service or an emergency. Kiana, Tom and their staff are an asset to Whiting and the surrounding areas. I have so much faith and trust in them and they have been nothing but honest and wonderful to me. Highly recommend! Very friendly, warm atmosphere. They explain everything and give you the option to fix, or wait to repair other items they found while going over your car. Great parts and labor guarantee, (2 years) on any thing they replace. They show you the broken parts if you desire. I am new to the area, but will be returning. I highly recommend them. Fast service and will not leave you stranded. Good vibes 5 *****

My day started with a dead battery. I called Tc and in about 30-45 a very nice man came & jumped my car. He followed me to Tc shop "just in case". My car did need a new battery which they had delivered in a short time. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Thanks to a great crew.

As always they went beyond. When my car was finished Tom and his wife even brought it back and put it safely in my driveway. They are truly an old fashioned business.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and offered some additonal assistance that they did not need to. Price was competitive.
