I had my vehicle towed here from auto nation honda due to them having my vehicle to fix what appeared to be an electrical issue from my trailer hitch wiring harness. The stealership as I like to call them was gonna charge me triple what TCB did to eliminate the problem and had my vehicle for over a week and would not communicate. Patrick at TCB might have had my vehicle 2 hours before he was in contact with me to come and pick it up because the repairs were complete. If you want quick and reasonably priced service go see Patrick.

Took her car in for an inspection and they told us they couldn't inspect it because of the damage to the frame. When we asked for a report of the damages they said they wouldn't give it to us. To be honest with you the lady working the front desk is pretty rude. All we needed was a piece of paper saying that they won't work on it because of the damages and they were unwilling to give it to us. The guy said that the dealership we bought our truck from would sue them if they rode the report which is a complete lie! You can't be sued for observing damages and putting it on paper. This is not only for our insurance company but the warranty as well. Super unprofessional. Highly do not recommend
