First of all, I don’t run around complementing every business in Virginia, matter of fact, I’m the exact opposite and very hard to please but Adriana and this entire staff listens they’re considerate they take good notes. They’re punctual very polite and everything you’d want in a good company to work with.. beware Adriana is a girl and she’s going to know car lingo and the correct names to all the parts. Thanks for the awesome paint job the detail of the wheels and polishing the vehicle back to life & replacing or fixing the small details like pinstriping, buffing of headlights little items that most people would never have noticed… great work.

First time using a vehicle collision company and I got a great experience out of it! No appointment needed. I felt comfortable using their services from the start. Adrianna has great knowledge of what she is doing. She noticed and mentioned something that not all the other shops mentioned or probably even noticed! They may not be the oldest company to exist, but they have tons of experience and years doing it. I got the estimate right then and there and she was not pushy to decide with their company. TEAM Auto Body is incredible, couldn’t recommend more!! Their team is kind, efficient, and service-oriented. My car was in an accident that did some extensive damage and after TEAM completed the work, no one would ever be able to tell anything happened to the vehicle. They are masters at what they do. Chris even took the time to talk through with me and give me their expert opinion on OEM vs. aftermarket parts based on what needed done with my vehicle, as this was a concern of mine. They took care of every aspect of dealing with the insurance company and made it as easy as possible for me as a customer. The whole team was amazing! They were kind, attentive, and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Daniel was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful and comforting through the whole process, beginning to end.
