I can’t say enough good things about Michael! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of quickly and correctly. They explained what needed to be done, kept me updated along the way, and even fixed an annoying door panel that kept sliding down. He took the time to drive around with me after to show me what all was done and how the car was driving now. The price was beyond fair and customer service was outstanding. It’s rare to find a shop who genuinely cares about their customers, but this place delivers. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best auto-purchasing experience I’ve had to date. Traveled all the way from VA and the team at Autoplex was incredibly friendly and forthcoming. Mitchell and Kimberly took great care of me and made sure the vehicle I was brought had everything it needed for its trip back to VA. This is a dealer I can safely say doesn’t just do it solely for the money but for customer satisfaction first and foremost, so if you were hesitant on visiting or buying don’t be. Couldn’t have chosen a better dealer to purchase from. Not a paid review or comment just genuinely satisfied, it’s rare to find a dealer that puts their customers first and worry about everything else afterwards.
