Unprofessional and never call you back and will leave you on hold. I’ve been waiting to get my car completely fixed since January 12. I immediately noticed that my gas cover was sticking out and there was a motor light on and a wrench light that was not there before I took my car to get serviced from a hit and run. The guy told me that was a new gas cover and that is the way it fits, lol. I bought my car back in for an hour Service and and they would call when it was ready, after four hours, I called them back to see if it was ready to be told. They forgot to call me back. Then they said they broke the piece and had to reorder. I told them I wanted genuine Kia parts. Luckily I have a picture of my original. Then they told me the piece would be back in two days and they would call me. That
