Team Ford

I brought my Toyota Rav4 to install a roof rack on Team Collision, however, they did more damage to my car, I feel like. There were some dirty hand print on the inside of the car, I can live with those stains as they can be removed, but they didn't do so. What bothers me the most is that when they handed me the car, they had broken the grab handle on passenger side and at first the man was willing to change it, and so he told me to wait because he needed to order the piece from Toyota itself, that was a year ago, they never called me, in fact, I kept calling them to ask if the piece had arrived yet only to tell me it was still in shipping, well, it's been over a year now and the grab handled "has not arrived". I'm pretty sure that once that person sees this review, he'll know who I am. So

We brought our explorer in because it didn't shift right. 1st check we were told nothing wrong. 2nd check they drove for about 1/2 hour, we were told again nothing wrong with the transmission. They said the noise we were hearing was in the front end and it was a $1800 fix. We said we never heard a noise it didn't shift right. We asked about the check engine light, and they didn't check that. We left and went to Sioux City Ford and they fixed our transmission. We were told by Ford in Rapid City that the transmission had a problem just before we came to Denison. I know now the service man & manager can't be trusted! I don't know why they wanted to fix the front end and let us drive off with a bad transmission. I may have to contact someone higher up the chain because we seen the service man

Nice people to deal with. Great little Honda already put 4,000 miles on it. The only thing i had to fix was a tail light bulb.

This survey is for some sort of F-150 truck service on 2/6/25 which I did not have. Why am I receiving an email for truck service on this date that I did not do? In fact, I haven't been there in a few months. Also, I don't plan on ever going back unless I absolutely have to. About a year ago, I had rear and front brakes replaced. I drove almost 1,500 the next couple of weeks pulling a camper down to Georgia. I stopped for an oil change at another Ford Dealership in Nashville, GA and when they took off the rear ties, it appeared that the bolts to hold the brakes in place were not put back.
