From my very first purchase over a year ago to my daughter who is in the Air Force her first car To getting my second vehicle here from (Gona ) my experience has been more than amazing. She helped with every obstacle that held us back and was very patient. I told her what i wanted and needed in a vehicle and she delivered to every detail I know that salesman have to make money but with Gona she made it personal and built a great relationship to make each step more comfortable and easy. Every person i know asked how i was able to get a new vehicle and i made sure everyone knew how great of an experience we had. We are extremely grateful for her persistent, patience and commitment. I had a great experience working with Raejean, my service advisor at Acura. As a fellow woman, I really appreciated how easy and comfortable she made the entire process. She was professional, friendly, and very respectful of my time. I came in with my 5-month-old baby, and she did her best to help expedite my service so we wouldn’t be waiting longer than necessary, which meant a lot.
