We bought two vehicles from them and both of them in less than a month the transmissions went out. One car we paid for in cash The other car was a car loan and it's been 3 years now and we still have to pay on a car that doesn't run it's been sitting cuz we haven't had the money to get a new transmission put in... Lesson learned never buy a car from a used car dealer. And the one car they told me was clean come to find out Yes it had been in a previous accident it just doesn't show up on Carfax because it wasn't repaired through insurance but when you ask insurance if it had been in an accident they can see that history on the car. We have bought multiple vehicles from Team Knipmeyer. The last couple we have purchased from Steve. It is always a great experience. He is polite, friendly, down to earth and not pushy at all. Very professional. Nikki took time to show us features on our new vehicle and explained the process as we went along. We will definitely be back to see them when we’re ready for our next purchase. Recommend if you are looking for a good price on a used SUV.

It’s not a totally bad dealership. But I bought my fusion here in 24’ and one of the headlights was out upon purchasing (didn’t notice since it was daylight lol.) they fixed it free of charge thankfully. But then I also had a shock out as well as calipers. And for paying 14,981 for a car you would hope that it was mechanically sound even though I guess it is “as is.” They wouldn’t fix those as they weren’t under warranty. I had had the car for maybe a few weeks maybe even less than that. I paid for it myself not a big deal. Paid $700 for AC condenser repair. By next summer, no cold air. Took it to a different shop—confirmed condenser is leaking again. Knipmeyer refused to offer any help or goodwill despite documented failure of the part they installed. Disappointed in the lack of accountability. Don't recommend.
