If I was able to give this business a ten rating I would. This shop has the ultimate team of employees. The customer service is like none I have ever experienced, from the service advisor to all the mechanics and the owner Nate. Everyone called me by name the 2nd time I entered the shop which blew me away since I had only been in there the day I dropped my truck off. The friendliness and professionalism was exemplary. They kept me informed every step of the way. They sent me pictures of the work that needed completed and went over pricing with me. They did not pressure me in anyway just gave me the options. Excellent service from start to finish! They did an outstanding job fixing my Audi A4. From my first phone call to checkout, the customer service was top-notch. The team was professional, honest, and took great care of my car. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and the work was done right the first time. My Audi is running perfectly now, and it’s clear they really know what they’re doing, especially with European cars. I truly felt like my car was in good hands. I had a great experience with Team One Automotive from start to finish. Ian was fantastic to work with! I came in for an oil leak and he was quick to assist. He communicated clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and took the time to explain what was going on with my bmw in a way that actually made sense. They did a thorough inspection, properly diagnosed the issue, and handled the repair without any pressure to add on another service, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be returning for my next service and highly recommend working with Ian!

I had my 2016 Ford F150 towed in. It was leaking out oil all over, running rough while idling, and die at times. Team One was amazing. They got it right in, did diagnostic, called me with prices, parts, what needed to be done. Their communication skills were fantastic. It was during New Years Eve so I knew they would be closed but they had it finished in a day and 1/2 of working on it. They filled me in with every detail of what was wrong with it, what they had done. Alway kept me informed if price was going to go up or if other things needed to be done. I highly recommend them. They are very honest and to the point. When I picked up my truck they even fully cleaned it, and vacuumed it. I really appreciate this. I will definitely be using them again if I need to

My wife had been borrowing my father's car for some months when it started losing power and smoking out the exhaust. Patrick worked with me, the warranty company, and was even able to keep my father in the loop to relevant details, with apparent ease. He got us sorted out, and kept us well informed throughout. Car got a new turbo, runs fantastic. I typically work on my own vehicles, but if I can't hack it... I'll be calling Patrick.
