Janita was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I could tell that she put the time in to develop a great skill set. Janita was honest and straightforward with the timeliness for my repair. I’ve had these batteries for less than a year. About a month ago, I turned off everything — lights, fridge, all of it — and the batteries could barely make it through the night. I brought all four in to get tested. They told me only one was bad, but wouldn’t replace it under warranty. Instead, they told me to take it to AutoZone to charge. So I wasted hours doing that. AutoZone tried charging it for a few hours and then told me it wouldn’t hold a charge at all. I took it back again, and then they said the fluid was low and gave me a replacement. Whatever. Now here we are, not even a month later, same exact issue. Everything shut off, and the batteries barely last the night. While this breakdown was a nightmare, we had MAJOR THINGS, ALL NEED TO BE FIXED AT ONCE! Our truck is a 2025 Volvo 860. Thankfully, 46 hours of our repair was under warranty! Staff kept us updated, daily, and was so friendly. Very nice staff, front desk and manager included.
