These guys took good care of me and my equipment. They were professional and the Tech was absolutely Top Notch. They were sympathetic to my situation as an owner operator and cut me huge slack on my bill. I will never forget how they helped me out! Shoutout to Mike for being the most dishonest man. Called at 8 am asked if they could run a part to council bluffs and they drug their feet for 2 god damn hours claiming to grab parts for other trucks. That’s the most BS excuse I’ve ever heard given that he is only 30 miles away! Now I’ve gotta pay an extra 2 hours of labor when it took only 15 minutes to remove the hose. So thanks to Mike from parts for being dishonest! **update** Mike did not clarify the truck was safely parked. I approved the purchase through my boss at 7:49am! That’s what they requested I do and I followed his orders. It wasn’t until 9:49 did I call back asking where the hell my part is 30 miles away and that’s when he kept saying he was gathering other parts for other deliveries! Do NOT get your truck repaired here!! My truck has been in their shop for over 4 weeks for only minor repairs. I had to call them after my truck had been there for over a week just to get an estimate. Every time I call they say it will be done "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. Their service advisors are terrible! The quality of work is poor too. Stay away!
