Dropped off my new Volvo 860 on Tuesday with loaded trailer needed it back Friday latest Really big thanks to Sofia in service and the manager Tyler there. Worked really hard and got it all figured out and had me rolling. I would highly recommend working with Sofia and the service manager at Tec here. Thank you guys once again

Not impressed. I had a few dash sensors going off. By the time they got to it, only sensor that was activated was a fuel sensor. I told them I was low on fuel. 5 hours later I get the truck with the fuel light reset. Friendly staff, but this took way too long.

I just purchase a volvo truck from them they call me and they told we finish the inspection and truck ready to hit the road After 2 days check engine light come on I check the code in the Dashboard the code first detect 3 weeks ago Truck didn’t pass DOT inspection until i fix The drive link and I spent $300 They give me 2 key one of them is not working Air an electric hose very bad Truck need alignment Need new front tires They take the truck from me It’s been 4 days i call them everyday they keep telling me tomorrow you will have Until now i spend $700 dollars food and hotel because I’m not from Washington $1000 also repair just to make the truck pass DOT inspection $1600 Insurance $20,000 down payment $1350 a month Already pass 10 days

Jon, Linda and the front desk team in the service department were top notch in taking care of our truck and the maintenance needed. The parts department was top notch as well for getting all of the needed parts for the service department to complete the work needed. Together, the entire staff was instrumental in allowing the mechanics to get the job done and get it done right. Thanks you guys. It is highly appreciated in getting us back on the road!!!

The worst service and customer support I ever have. I waited one month for a check engine light diagnostics and repair and they gave me with the check engine light ON after charging me $2248. # No More TEC Equipment Seattle! For your record, everything you worked on is leaking too. Oil separator, Coolant from cooler side. Now I’m stuck!
