We were out of town with our high-top Ford cargo van and needed a diagnostic for a repair. Mike and his staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful during a stressful situation. They even made several calls and helped us locate a Ford dealership that could take us in the same day. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Truly appreciate their support — 5 stars all the way!

This shop is the worst kind of garage. Careless with your vehicle, dishonest when confronted, and absolutely unsafe. When they first installed my Intoxalock, they didn’t even reassemble the panels correctly. The steering column rubbed every time I turned. I shouldn’t have had to fix their botched work myself, but I did because that’s the kind of “quality” you get here. Fast forward to the uninstall. I get my car back and not only is it rubbing AGAIN, but now my airbag light is on. Before the uninstall, I personally checked everything and even took pictures because I already knew this place couldn’t be trusted. Sure enough, when I ran a scan, the error pointed to the front left airbag system. The exact area they were tearing into. When I called them, they flat-out lied. They claimed it was

I first had work done with Joe Mays back in October 2025, having on and off visits between then and mid-February 2026. I have nothing but good things to say about the folks there. In the limited experience I've had with them, they were knowledgeable, communicated everything clearly, quick to clarify if necessary, and transparent. If you're in the area and you're looking for honest work with experienced individuals, I would definitely recommend their services.

I stop for my air pressure on my tire. And I asked how much to pay to put air pressure for My tire. And the lady was says, oh I will put air in your tire. You do not need to pay. I thought ha? Really. It was so nice of her. My passenger back tire cannot make all the way home. One of my tire was only 18 psi instead of 34. She save me. I will come back again for different service there. 5stars for this place.

Was 4 hours into a 5.5 hour trip when all the lights on my instrument panel went on. Was able to get to their shop where they took me in right away. After a diagnosis and parts run, they got me back on the road within a couple hours. I got home safely and they asked me to call and text them once I was home so they knew I made it safely!
