Techwash Fredonia

I appreciated how fast and efficient this car wash was, but I was really disappointed with the results. After going through, I noticed black streaks on the top of the hood of my white Ford that looked almost like motor oil. When I wiped it with a rag, it came off as black dust particles. Strangely, it was only on the hood and not on the sides of the truck. For a tech-focused wash, I expected a cleaner finish.

This is the best car wash in town, compared to the others. Friendly staff who care about their job and the cleanliness of your car, and a very efficient car wash system. I enjoy the free vacuums as well!

Has 1 Star because Google wouldn't let me post with Zero. Went to have a 4 wash of 12 that I got for Christmas. When vacuuming truck notice lots of swirly micro scratches on passengers side. (6 ft. worth) Talk with manager, before he realized what complaint was about brings over prewash guy and points out 4-5 spots that didn't get prewashed correctly. After I talk with manager, he stated they have a sign before you go through that they are not responsible for damaged cause by car wash. He says that no way their equipment did that kind of damage. Owner shows up was very rude, yelling and already in fight mode even before talking to me about problem. No sorry, no Hi, what is the problem. Accused me of try to pass on damage, I caused to them. Tells me I need to leave or will have me arreste

Not only are they always closed when their membership is highway robbery to begin with you also as a whole do not get your money worth. It’s not letting me post pictures but I anytime I go through this crappy car wash it doesn’t even look like I went through it and it’s been chipping my paint every time I go through it. We need another car wash to open up this is ridiculous.

Despite paying for service that includes a undercarriage wash, I have not received this service in at least my last 2 visits (I can't be certain if ever). Unfortunately, I have reached out to management and not received a response about this issue.
