Ryan, Aaron and the mechanics were amazing. We are from out of town and were experiencing overheating on our Toyota Sienna. We brought it in and were helped right away. Every time I bring my car up here they “fix” the issue and a new issue arises within weeks. I’ve spent almost $5000 at this place in the past year. They just replaced the head- and I noticed some water or coolant leaking. I took it up to get it looked at and they tell me the entire oil housing is cracked and I’m leaking oil. I checked myself and there is no oil leak at all. They are trying to charge me $1600+ for an oil housing replacement but the dealership says they don’t see anything cracked. This place lies like crazy and doesn’t listen to you even with photographs when you show it to them 😂 Stay far away from this location. GMC dealership out here said this isn’t the first time they’ve heard of this kind of practice at this Ted Wiens location.
