Ted's Auto Rental

Get a new receptionist!!! Person answering the phone spoke in grunts & monosyllables, answered with a mutter I couldn't decipher & I had to ask if I was even calling the correct place. While I had inquired about rentals, we needed one because we need a new vehicle, and had planned to see what was available here. Not anymore!! (Apologies to "Jason" who answered my email inquiry.)

Needed a rental last minute they were able to get me car! Not too expensive and very nice customer service. If I need a rental I would definitely come back

Wonderful experience especially after the way I was treated by enterprise car rental in warrensburg. Ted's auto got me taken care of that morning and I never knew they rented cars. I was treated with respect and kindness and will use if I need another rental vehicle
