I walked in without an appointment at 3:00. I knew I needed new brake pads because of the sounds. I told them I was traveling in 2 days. They were amazing. Hustled and worked me in. They did a diagnostic and fixed everything within 2 hours. I am so appreciative and could feel the difference. Great customer service also. They were very kind and professional. Thank you!

Two years ago I bought four new tires here. This weekend I got a flat that could not be repaired. When they learned I was a customer, they pro-rated a new tire for me - I ended up paying a fraction of the price I would have paid elsewhere. They were super friendly and mindful of my time (I had to leave my job to get there). Overall great experience!

Fantastic service! Prompt service, timing, scheduling and polite and respectful. Couldn't ask for more especially from a state inspection! As a female who has had issues with mechanics and cars before especially with someone trying to talk down to me this place is the place you want to go if you feel uncomfortable with most mechanic shops, they did not treat me as any less because of my gender, which some mechanic shops still do unfortunately. Service was completed super fast, the appointment time online was honored, some places have to confirm it with you over the phone & will cancel on you if the slot wasn't really available it was just in their system, that DID NOT happen here. Josh, the manager and Harry (service advisor) both provided a great customer experience. At first visit for my wife’s Acura MDX there was an issue regarding the labor costs to replace a headlight but the next day the shop made it right. I highly recommend Telle for your car needs. They listen to and understand your needs for excellent car repair and maintenance. Thankful for these folks.

My dad went here for a tire repair and the staff was very helpful. He was able to walk in without an appointment and was able to be worked into their schedule. Repair was done within the hour. Nice waiting area, professional staff and didn't try to upsell services. We would definitely go back.
