The gentleman who greeted us at the desk was very polite (and dapper in his bow tie). This was a last minute walk-in on a Saturday morning, which they took care of immediately! They charge a $75 service fee to look at the car that was put into the bill rather than being a separate charge, limiting the expense. All said and done it was a total of $77 after they did their work. Thank you for everything!

Had front struts replaced. I apologize for my current review. Ramsey has shown my husband that he really cares for his customers. I would recommend this shop for your auto repairs.🙏🏾

Extremely disappointing experience. The service felt evasive and not truthful, concerns were brushed off, and I was left questioning the integrity of the work performed. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered items missing from inside, which the shop refused to take responsibility for. I have since filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with my vehicle. Walked out paying over $5,000 in repairs and a blown engine 3 days later!
