Doesn’t get any nicer. So friendly and helpful. They put the car on a lift and looked at our tires on the spot (no appointment!) for a leak as we were coming through Bainbridge. Turns out we weren’t filling them enough. No leak. They topped them off, educated us about proper pressure. And didn’t want to charge us!? (We did pay them a little something.) Thank you, Tepco!

I was traveling from out of area when my truck started overheating. Bob was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule, Tom did a repair quickly. Price was fair and reasonable. Their are a great repair shop.

Went for an inspection, tried to upsell me on wipers before they even looked at the car. Then told me it needed almost $800 worth of work which I took to another shop and they passed it immediately.

Bob and the crew are always great and honest. From basic body work, paint jobs, to basic repairs prices have always been beyond reasonable. Even when I was quoted for 2-3 hours, and a job took twice as long the price was honored. Not many shops like this left around. I gladly make an hour long trip when I have something I cant do myself.

We had loud noise in front end. We assumed it was bad tires. Took to Tepco in Bainbridge, NY and they diagnosed the two front wheel bearings were bad. Now the noise is gone! We are from SC. We were fortunate they got us done before our trip home! They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and reasonable!! Thank you Tepco employees. Much appreciated!!
