Very bad customer service. I have been with that insurance company for 10 years and they had never treated me like today. I don't know if the man in charge of that branch had a bad day and took it out on me. They have no right to treat clients in this despotic and rude manner, very disrespectful, hopefully I will not see him again. what a nasty person . and he still had the nerve to tell me that he is his manager his name is Emilio and he put it on a card for me ,I can't believe how rude.
