Well.. i told them the windshield washer pump and battery terminal was bad...I brought it in...paid $160 for them to tell me that the windshield washer pump and battery terminal were bad-and that the expensive extended warranty i purchased wouldn't cover it. (I was told when I bought the truck the warranty would cover everything not regular maintenance related). This is no fault of the garage staff-just be warned when buying-the expensive extended warranty they push is crap.

I took my 2025 Trail Boss diesel in for its first oil change. I asked if they could rotate the tires for me. They said that it was complimentary and part of the service. As I was leaving I looked at the tires to see if they had indeed been rotated. One of my rims has a scuff mark and it was still in the same location as before I took it in. I know they were not rotated. I didn't have time to go back in and ask why it wasn't done. It makes me wonder what else they don't do that they say is part of the service. Now I get to take more time off of work to get the tires rotated.

Low quality windshield from factory on new car. Been trying to get fixed since I bought the vehicle. Finally got an appointment today but they never ordered the windshield. This is a new car, this is a known issue and they said they never heard of it. The service manager didn't even know about our issue at all, never heard about it, what does that say about him. Do not buy here, DO NOT use this service department. It is a joke that is so far from being funny. I used my day off to get this done and now it is going to affect my job.
