Terre Haute Chevrolet

The last thing we were anticipating was to leave driving a new truck. We started out the day shopping for a used truck to tow behind our RV. We had driven to Terre Haute (45 min) to look at a used vehicle at a rival dealership. We were not able to agree on a deal, so we left that dealership and drove South to the Chevy dealership. Chip just happened to see a truck that may fit the bill. It was a new truck, so we didn’t really see how that would fit into our budget. Long story short, Fee ( Felicia ) stepped right up to the plate and worked hard for a deal that would work for us. She was very well suited to this position. She was friendly, competent, and had answers to all of our questions and concerns. The transition to completion, through the paperwork and through the transfer of vehicles

From the time I walked into the door, Mr Brian Hart was a gentleman, and a very knowledgeable about my purchase that I made, and everyone on the sales team made my purchase flawless. Order new parts for the purchase that I made, and parts and service department made everything easy for me and I greatly appreciate it. I stopped in about 2-3 weeks ago and spotted a 2024 ZR2 Colorado. The Sales associate Stevens informed that a customer had placed a deposit on it already. I asked him to reach out to me if the deal fell through. Steven's called me a few days later and left a voice-mail that it was available. I did not review the voice-mail. I took my wife's vehicle to T.H. Chevrolet for service. I again saw the Colorado. Steven's remembered me and I purchased the truck that day. They were extremely busy but everyone made sure I was satisfied, comfortable, and answered all my questions. This is my 4th vehicle purchased from T.H. Chevrolet.
