Terrible's Auto Spa

Worst car wash ever beware of James the manager real piece of work very unprofessional would not give me his name and gave me the wrong number to the corporate office, because he knew he was wrong in the way he acted. Customer service is horrible… they directed my car in which was too close to the guide and snapped off my valve cover.. and all James can say is we’re not responsible for anything over and over … not even a sorry that it happened and that I can go very rude very unprofessional. I don’t know how he gets a job in customer service …The other employees very nice I don’t know how they can stand to work for him

This is a depressing shell of a place that used to be great full service car wash always hopping with a line to get in. Strangers talking to one another. A happy place to go to. Now that's ALL GONE. you just drive up pay and drive thru...no one was even drying their own car...don't blame them , I just drove home and wiped it down there, what a let down and a weird depressing vibe now. I'll never go back
