Went to trade in my 2021 Dodge Ram Big Horn 1500 Hemi and the guy that appraised it came out looking like he was homeless, with a dirty T-shirt, bad worn out shorts, and 20yr old shoes! He wouldn’t even tell me himself what he would give me for my trade-in! The car salesman was extremely nice, dressed very well and polite and had to do the guys dirty work. This dodge is in pristine condition with all the 3 month maintenance paperwork all together and well keep up by myself for 3 years with a $1000 with of brand new tires at 5 months and 2 owners and wanted to give me $15,000. Service Dept. I often come here. It was last minute, I was a walk-in and they couldn't take me. Took my car somewhere else and had to have it fixed four times. Hard lesson learned, Terry's is worth the wait and the price.

With only one payment to go before my car is paid off, I decided to do the American thing, and go buy another car 😁 Terry's is one of the many small dealerships in town, and hubby spied a Cadillac he liked. I drive a compact Honda Fit, which I adore, but the passenger seat is very uncomfortable especially on long road trips.
