I've been a customer at Terry's since 1987. For nearly 40 years, the care that is given to my vehicles and the respect to me has been consistently high quality. Over that time, there's been some staff changes, and I have yet to have A complaint about their service ever.

I highly recommend Terry's Auto for anyone who cares about their car, and wants knowledgeable and friendly professionals to work on it. Terry's has the most knowledgeable professionals I have ever encountered at an auto shop, hands down! They are willing to work with their customers on parts replacements, and are quite affordable for the high quality of work you get...oh, and they're fast too! They took the time to fully and completely answer all my questions, and educate me on exactly what was going on with my car. I actually felt smarter after leaving their shop, as well as safer on the road and comfortable behind the wheel. Highly recommended! If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Received great service here. My starter froze up on a hot day, and I had to have my CRV towed to them for a night drop. They called me in the morning and informed me it started right up, no problems. At some point soon I'll need to get my starter refurbished or get an OEM replacement, but it didn't NEED to happen now and I could plan and budget for it better. Thank you much, we'll be back here for future repairs and maintenance!
