Way overpriced. They will gouge your insurance and your wallet. Make sure you ask for, and obtain, receipts. They like to play games about giving receipts, especially if your insurance is covering the tow.

Place is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL damage my vehicle and try saying they didn’t I have picture of my vehicle before and after they towed piled report will be FILED. They are rude didn’t even give a call back when I said there was damage DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TOWED. My car was not like that before I always take pictures of my car with DATES so I will not stop until my vehicle gets justice!!! Place IS TERRIBLE RUDE STAFF AND HANDLED MY CAR BAD, left the grill pieces on my car after tearing them off I’m am furious and THEY WONT TAKE BLAME IM NOT STOPPING!!!!

Terry's Towing Service …i would give no stars if i could. smh. they pushed my brothers bike with back of a flatbead truck into the spot they had it in. they had the pieces to the bike laying on top of random cars open in the lot for anyone to potientally take. this isn’t how you treat somebody’s property. the bike wasn’t even that bad before they towed it. when approached about this issue was spoken to very disrespectfully by the workers and owner and they tried to deny the extra damage done to the bike. owner Terry said “ it’s not my problem have a good life “ ** the girl in the office was very nice. also. says they are always open but told us they were closed on weekend. $500 for them to damage a biket.
