Had to replace a engine and was recommended by a friend to buy the used motor from here, drove all the way from New Haven to the shop and I was not disappointed. They bent they rules for me and delivered the engine to my house for only $20, there was a broken stud in the exhaust; they picked it back up the next day from my house, extracted the stud the following day, and re-delivered the next (no charge). I am very impressed with that kind of service, and the guys in the office was excellent, I have no complaints. I will do future business again with these guys for sure.

Very rude employees. I called and asked about a steering rack for my 2018 wrx because they showed they had what ID I needed (34110VA050) on their eBay listing. They told me it will only fit 2019-2021 wrx’s so I asked them to look and see if the ID would match mine and they refused to even look at it to confirm saying their system is very accurate but if you look at Subaru's website it says that rack would fit in 2018-2021. They completely disregarded everything I was saying, saying they’re system is accurate and to “not believe that Ai stuff” both the person that picked up the phone and the person he forwarded me to (I assume a supervisor) were very rude and saying we could sell it to you as is. No refunds. Luckily I found a place that was nice enough to go and look at the ID number before
