Tesla Collision Fremont

Great experience at the new Tesla Collision center in Fremont. The location is very convenient and it was nice having a Tesla facility nearby. I needed a windshield repair on short notice and they were able to fit me in right away. Check in was quick and they started working on the car immediately. I felt better bringing it to Tesla instead of a random shop since these cars are so technical and they use OEM parts. I ran errands and got notified when it was done. When I picked it up, the car was cleaner than when I left it. They even washed the exterior, which I did not expect. Very happy with the service. The team definitely earned my business.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience at this Tesla dealership today. I am a professional car hauler and came to pick up a vehicle. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from two female employees at the entrance. One of them asked me for the VIN number three separate times. When I showed the information on my phone, she responded with attitude and said, “What does that have to do with me?” That level of disrespect toward someone there for business is completely unacceptable. After wasting my time, they finally located the vehicle — only to say the key wasn’t available.
