I had an amazing experience with Tesla North, and I have to give special recognition to **Elizabeth** at the front desk. She is truly *the best*. She handles everything with the insurance companies so smoothly that I didn’t have to lift a finger. She takes care of business, keeps you informed, and makes the entire process stress-free and she’s so pleasant and detailed. My adjuster, Emmanuel, was great as well, very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Together, they got my car ready five days earlier than expected and even helped me with additional items to make everything as simple as possible. Just dropped my Tesla model y for a cracked windshield. I love Tesla like anything. They proved again. This is the best company ever. Great customer service. From my service rep Eliza to my mechanic Brandon, top tier across the board! Second Tesla center I’ve used. And this has been the best quality service and fastest of all of them. Needed a new windshield and steering wheel. They were able to get it fine ahead of time and get me back in my Tesla. My drive to and from Work today was not as enjoyable driving my truck. Glad to have my Tesla back!! Thank you Eliza and Brandon!! Y’all were amazing! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!

On delivery day I noted some quality issues with the way the hood was painted. I made an appointment with the Tesla NH Collision Center. They were very friendly and helpful. They repainted the hood and had me back on the road in 3 days. I appreciated the professional work they did and quick service.
