Tesla Collision San Jose

I am very disappointed with this place. The windows shield of my model 3 was replaced successfully but the engineer broke the steering column stalk. Orlando specifically said that I can just buy one and get reimbursement. Never got it after I submitted my receipt. Orlando kept saying it should be refunded but the money never came. I had to call and email multiple times for more than two months now. So frustrating as there was no clear communication.

Chose them despite being 2.5 hours away. If you’ve ever taken a door completely apart, they never seem to go back together quite right. I’ve even had issues with Tesla service in that regard. A local shop would likely be learning at my expense. Tesla collision nailed it. Not only is the door solid, no rattle, no loose clips, but somehow the panel gap is better lol. Paint, clear coat, color all look factory. I got a peek in the back and it’s massive, like a factory. They’re working on many, many dozens of cars simultaneously. It’s huge, racks of bumpers in every color, ect. Another great thing is you get the normal Tesla service benefits, touch less pickup, app scheduling and updates. Rudy at the San Jose collision center made what could have been a frustrating experience genuinely easy. Clear communication, no runaround, just straight answers about what to expect and when. You can tell he actually cares about getting people back on the road. The kind of service that makes you feel like a person, not a ticket number. Appreciate you, Rudy.

I had to bring my car to the Tesla collision center for repairs and Rolando & Ryan both went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. A special shot out to these two gentlemen for answering all my questions every time I called and again when I came in to turn over my car. They helped me get a rental and the whole process was easy. Thank you both Rolando and Ryan again for all your help!

Received phenomenal service here at this collision center. From beginning well to present because I'm still working with them. I had a terrible experience with my Hertz vehicle smelling like cigarettes smoke. While talking about it Ryan Kenney, the customer service rep at the front desk, let me know that he can arrange for Hertz to come pick up the vehicle if I wanted to rent a vehicle from their fleet. I did not know that Tesla collision body Shop locations offered rentals. Such an amazing service. Ryan arranged for Hertz to come pick up and Eddie Myles, rental specialist, help me get into a Tesla rental! This team saved me so much time and turned my horrible experience from Hertz to a good one. Thanks team Tesla Collision.
