Tesla Collision San Rafael

I recently had my car repaired at the Tesla Collision Repair Center in San Rafael, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Jay, the manager I worked closely with, went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. He was incredibly helpful, always proactive, and made sure I was in the loop from start to finish. The level of communication was amazing—Jay consistently provided updates and answered all my questions, making me feel confident and at ease throughout. His dedication to both the work and the customer experience is truly exceptional. Jay’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care need to be recognized. I had an appointment on 6/5/25 to drop my Model Y off to fix some damage to the front driver side from a side swipe and a cracked passenger window. I had an update that evening on the vehicle and to be on the look out for estimates. The following day I had my estimates for both areas of damage. Every Tuesday and Thursday I was given updates on the vehicle as well. The vehicle was initially set to be ready for pick up on 6/27/25 (estimated) however it was done 10 days earlier and I was able to pick it up on 6/17/25. The vehicle looks great and the time from drop off to when I was able to get the vehicle was quicker than expected. It was an all around easy experience and I was always in the know. Also, huge shoutout to Jay. He was there for any questions I had and was super quick to respon
