What can I say! This is an amazing team here at Tesla Collision Temecula. From Jojo taking my calls to get my car transferred from San Diego who was really helpful. Then Julio who oversaw my repairs and the insurance company. Julio and his team really went above and beyond and by far the best repair experience I have had with frequent updates, photos, and attention to detail. My car looks amazing and I'm floored with the results👏! Thank you Tesla Collision Temecula team! Hopefully I won't need it, but if I do, I'll bring my car back here from San Diego.

I brought my Cybertruck to Tesla Collision Temecula after an accident, and the repair and insurance process was a bit complicated at first. Julio Sepulveda (José) was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He consistently communicated with State Farm on my behalf, followed up on estimates, and made sure everything was handled clearly and properly. Thanks to his help, everything was resolved smoothly, and State Farm has already contacted me regarding the next steps for payment. I had my roof glass replaced and everyone at Tesla made the process so simple. Doing everything on the app is really streamlined and convenient. At the collision center all the staff were kind and helpful. I had Julio assigned to me and he was very communicative, helpful and always quick to respond/follow up. Obviously getting any repair on your car is a pain but Julio and everyone else made it a super quick and easy process.
