Big shoutout to the Tesla Service Center in Columbia, SC (Two Notch Rd) 🤩 Incredibly fast service and top-notch customer care. I was in and out in just 35 minutes for a a full panel replacement of faulty tonneau and tailgate buttons. Tesla’s warranty covered it 100% 🙏🏼

This service center is excellent. The staff was very professional, and the waiting area had plenty of seating, along with coffee, snacks, and water available. My repairs were completed on time, and overall, I had a great experience. Hopefully, they’ll open a location closer to Myrtle Beach.

Very helpful but has not fixed the problem and I need a telephone number to arrange a replacement of the back window and after three tries cannon get through the service program on my ipad

I had excellent customer service and communication on my first ever Tesla service visit. They were able to work me in the schedule today, 3 weeks before my scheduled appointment. This was by far the best vehicle service I’ve had since moving to S.C. in 2021. I would highly recommend this location to Tesla owners.
