Tesla Service Coral Gables

Where do I start. The Dashboard came loose from factory. It took three service visits to fix and it’s still partially misaligned on the right side, but I was convinced they just couldn’t fix it so I lived with it. Then I noticed the trunk was misaligned so I brought the car in and they attempted to adjust the trunk to “correct” the misalignment issue. Now my trunk is misaligned worse than before and is leaking when it rains. In adjusting the trunk they also changed a rear small window without my consent and damaged the plastic cover that connects to the interior of window and left it. The connecting molding overhead is also loose now. Stay away from this service center if you value your vehicle. Take it to another center. The service team is very inexperienced. They will damage your vehicl

This was my first experience as a Tesla service customer, and it was truly disappointing. Not only did they break my screen protector, but they also left all the plastic and materials from the repair scattered inside my car. The lack of communication between the service coordinator and customers is unacceptable. I was told I’d be informed if the repair took longer than an hour so I could get a loaner, but no one ever contacted me. After waiting over 3 hours while the app continued to say “repair in progress,” I finally went to the counter only to be told my car had been ready for a while. When I voiced my frustration, the coordinator simply blamed “the system.” Completely unprofessional experience, never again will I bring my car to this location.

On Friday, my son traveled to Florida (about 800 miles away from home) for a vacation weekend in his recently purchased used Tesla Model 3. Once he got there, he experienced an issue with his car not charging at the Supercharger stations, which caused him great anxiety. As a mom, I panicked trying to figure out how he’s going to get back home. After calling around, we found the ‘Heavenly’ voice of Yeny at the Tesla Service Center Coral Gables location who calmed both my son and me. She instructed my son to bring the car in and that she will do her best to take care of him. That was an understatement! Yeny provided EXCELLENT customer service. She took the car
