She was incredibly swift and efficient with the service process, guided me at every step, and did it all with such a cheerful and polite attitude. From walking me to the lobby, keeping me updated with all the information, and making sure I was comfortable, she truly made my morning stress-free. I took delivery of a new 2026 Model Y RWD from Tesla Dedham on February 6, 2026, thanks to Cassius. Unfortunately, immediately upon driving off the lot (with approximately 12 miles on the vehicle), I noticed a persistent rattling noise coming from the front suspension area. This condition has been present since day one and is noticeable over normal road surfaces, especially on typical New England roads. Because the vehicle was brand new, this was both surprising and concerning. Since delivery, the vehicle has undergone multiple service evaluations at multiple Tesla service centers. Both front upper control arm mounts were replaced with the latest parts, and the front structural braces were removed per current Tesla service guidance. Alex and Benjamin took great care of me with courteous and quick service! Professional and polite. I had issues with the foam in my tires coming loose and had it resolved in a matter of hours. Happy customer!
