Tesla Service Houston Richmond

Got my car repaired here and after I took it home the trim cover they removed to make the repairs broke. Now they want me to pay to have it replaced when it was them who either did not put it back right or broke it. Now they are trying to charge me $700 to have it replaced after a $2200 repaired they did.

I was really impressed by how friendly and patient the staff here were; they’re in a league of their own compared to the team at Tesla Westchase.

I called regarding the Self Parking feature no longer working. The service department insisted that I provide a credit card in case the service was not under warranty even though my car is right at five months old and has a little over 1,500 miles. I found out independently, that the Self Parking feature is no longer a standard feature, and that was the only reason it stopped working. The service department was obviously aware of this and was going to charge me $120 to run an unneeded diagnostic check when the "problem" was pretty obvious. I feed used and taken advantage of, but at least I still have my $120 because I canceled the service.

Got charged $250 for a diagnosis fee without being informed at ALL. Finally when I get there to pickup my car, the car doesn’t even go in to drive. I have to walk back inside in the cold just to be told wait and get no help. This is the worst tesla service center when it comes to work turnaround, and communication. if you live in Sugarland or Richmond go somewhere else. Some of the most uneducated advisors and technicians will be working on your car!
