Tesla Service Santa Clarita

I had an appointment, no loaners available, got a ride, my ride had to wait for me and ended up late for work. Even with an appointment, you have to wait in line. The Hispanic (btw, they are all Hispanic) guy working the first desk seemed like he was the only one working and the rest (there were 4 of them) with no customers in front of them, but on the phone or screens laughing and talking. We ended up being serviced 22 minutes after as we were on time with our appointment. BTW, if you give a description of any of those service guys, they all have the same description. Best to get their names instead, or look at their name badges.

I had a bad experience with the Tesla Service Center at Santa Monica location (11163 Santa Monica Blvd), so I scheduled another appointment for my Model X with the same issue at this location. The experience in Santa Clarita was completely different, much smoother and more professional. I didn’t have to explain the issue twice, the team understood it right away, diagnosed a faulty sensor, and fixed it on the first attempt. Communication and status updates were excellent throughout the process. I worked with Gilbert and really appreciated his help. I hope I won’t need service again soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely choose the Santa Clarita location.

What a joke tesla service is, within 20 mins of scheduled appointment I got a message saying no loaners are available. 😂. I called yesterday saying I will need a cybertruck to drive today in order to make a decisions if I want to purchase another truck other than my raptor, I needed to drive a cybertruck for the loaner no exceptions and now they are telling me that they can’t even get me into a pos model 3.

SRS light came on on the wife’s Model Y at 59k miles which is just 1000 miles before the warranty on the SRS system expires. When she tried to make an appointment, it turned out the next one is not until a month from now. She drives a lot so this would put her at over 60k. To ensure she’s covered, she left a message on the app and even went to talk to them in person and explained that the problem occurred before she hit 60k and even showed them. They said that her options are to either stop driving (for a month????) or to go to another facility in Camarillo which is an hour away. So let me get this straight. If you don’t have appointments for, hypothetically, 3 years, should I stop driving for 3 years or potentially go to a facility on the East coast because that’s all you can offer me bec

This location can have staff that might need more supervision. With an appointment, expect to wait 15-30 minutes in the morning.
