TEXAN HOUSING AND RVS

I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost! I don’t even know how they stay in business. I put my toy hauler there on consignment. I made sure they know that I owe more than what it was worth and I was willing to take a loss and make a deal to get it sold. Long story short, it sat there for 6 months with zero feedback and complete lack of communication. When I went to pick it up. It was absolutely filthy dirty, my propane tanks, power cord and batteries and chock blocks were gone, and all I got was the blame game with zero accountability and no one knew where my items were. Place is a joke! Stay far far away!

BUYER BEWARE!!! They !!! So bottom line is I went in to buy. I put a $2000 deposit down on an RV. When I got the paperwork for the bank, it said that I put $4000 down which is fraud. I don’t think the state or federal government would like that much and decided I did not want to do the deal! And we also lost our contract at work so I decided taking on an another bill wouldn’t be a smart idea. When I told the owner Kirby that I decided not to do the deal because of my job (Didn’t mention the fraud part by the way) He called me a liar! This was before Christmas it is now January 16 and I still do not have my $2000 deposit back! They will not answer my phone calls or text messages. On 12/6 I put 2,000 down on an RV that Kirby Hawkins said he could get financed. Kirby said the 2,000 was refundable and signed stating as such. The financing did not happen. For the past week Kirby says he will initiate the refund "today". That has not happened. I was patient and waited through the holidays despite him promising it was sent over on 12/22. We were originally working with Manuel, who seemed decent enough, which means something considering I don't trust sales people, evidently and rightfully so. Do not take you RV to this dealership. Left my destination trailer in very good condition. It has been with them for 5 months attempted numerous calls and emails no answers no response. Sent email week of January 19, 2026 stating I will be there to pick up my unit on 1/30/26. Got there at 9;30am no one there gates open office open found my trailer and it was destroyed someone had been sleeping I. It eating in it and looked like a dog had urinated all over the floors. Someone had removed the hard cover on the belly of the trailer insulation hanging out not moveable. Had to send transportation company away due to the shape of the trailer. If I had the option to leave fewer stars, I would. They literally tried to steal my $1500 deposit, and for over a month I called the owner and seller without getting a response. I only got my refund after two months because I called the bank and they resolved the issue. I absolutely do not recommend them.
