Texan Tires for All

They overquoted me for a simple job (3 Hours to replace shocks and struts @ 150 an hour) so 450$ in labor. I told them it should take an hour and it did. In my mind, great, it should be 1 hour @ 150/Hr as quoted about what I had in mind to pay (150-200). I also had them do an alignment for 90$. In the end he charged me 375$ for the shock replacement labor plus the 90$ for the alignment. I told him that wasn't what we had talked about, that he quoted me 150/Hr. In the end he was charging me 300/Hr since he had 2 guys working on it. To be fair it was true he had two guys working when one of the guys wasn't on his phone but 150/Hr for an assistant to a tech is not a reasonable price. All the guy did was take tires off and put them back on. This rubbed me the wrong way, between over quoting

Hands down, some of the best Southern Florida family oriented customer service. Not in the business of ripping you off. Very honest and much recommendable. This is coming from a local born and raised
