Ricardo from Texas Air Cooled came out to the house and did a tune up on my 76’ bay. His knowledge and passion for VW’s was very welcomed as I know that true vw classic mechanics are hard to come by. Highly recommend giving him a call if you’re looking for someone to work on your classic that loves VWs as much as a true VDub enthusiast. 5 stars…..
I am impressed and pleased with Ricardo's service. He built me a 1776 VW long block exactly as I specified and offered suggestions to enhance performance and drive-ability... all during the very worst of 2021's Covid slowdown. He took in-progress photos and kept me posted on his parts availability during that challenging time. His price was reasonable and service was excellent.
