Texas Auto Sales

Went by there yesterday after seeing a number of their cars listed on Facebook marketplace. All the cars were listed as running great with ZERO issues. We went there for 1 in particular that was advertised to have 156,000 miles and when we got there we find out it has 191,000. That's not a small difference. We looked at another one they had there and it had several issues of its own including faulty radio, faulty airbag, faulty horn, clunking in the steering. The 3rd and last vehicle we looked at has 4 different warning lights on in the dash so we didn't even waste our time driving it. I forgot to mention the first 2 we looked at their were both very clearly in bad accidents before and they simply said "they're clean titles we just bought them like that." I had an amazing sales experience. John got me into a vehicle the same day i went and ive had the vehicle for over a month now with no issues other than some new brakes which John happily had them replaced for me. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I went to pay my insurance I was double charged. I then started getting told different things everytime i called. First they promised to keep me updated if i would get it refunded to my card, which no one did. Ive had to call over & over & over just for someone to even answer the phone. Then i was promised that john would call the insurance for me and send them the picture of my statement showing the posted payment, well john never called and no one even bothered to call me to let me know he hasnt called yet. So by that point

I would not give this dealer ship any stars. They basically sold me a lemon. And when a person is financially struggling to pay the repaired problems, and monthly payment with made a huge down payment. The vehicle broke down on me within a week or two but John the management/owner could not contact me, could not inform me of the late requirements before or after signing any forms. I had to pay for a tow truck for my vehicle breaking down and He played dumb. I left my valuables in the vehicle and when I called to claim my valuables, he stated there was nothing was in the vehicle, no box that I left. I know it was there I left it in the vehicle after having to walk home when the vehicle broke down. I could not carry it home. He is a con artist. He basically stole from me and kept my down pay

Great experience here. They did the best to satisfy my buy here pay here and in house financing needs. I would recommend this used car dealership to anyone looking for a used car.
