My credit is extremely challenged, and I opted to go the in-house route for financing, but Germaine was able to get me approved through an actual bank with good terms, and I was approved for the truck I actually wanted. This was the first time in my 28 years of life that I left the dealership with the vehicle I wanted. Extremely friendly and satisfying environment. They wouldn’t allow me to leave until I was happy. Will definitely be shopping here for all of my future vehicles.

Coming here and starting over was probably one of the best decisions I made. I was skeptical in the beginning, however they worked with me and made sure any issues I had they fixed and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. I purchased an SUV from Texas Car Direct last year, and within a week I had to return it due to mechanical issues. I was told the vehicle was fixed, but after getting it back, it shut off on me on three separate occasions. The final incident occurred while I was driving in traffic with my 3-year-old child in the car, which was extremely dangerous. I personally had the vehicle towed back to the dealership that same morning. Shortly after, Maria had another female employee call me questioning why the vehicle was towed there, as if I had done something wrong. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, and she acted as though she owned the company.
