We are so pleased with Texas Collision, Jessica the receptionist was so helpful and kind! Alfredo our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. They left us speechless it looks way better than what we imagined you wouldn’t be able to tell there was any damages. Definitely recommend, I hope I don’t need to come back because of another accident but if I do I’m definitely coming here.

My car's driver-side window was destroyed during a break-in just before Thanksgiving. I chose this shop because it is one of State Farm's preferred locations. My initial impressions were mixed after the assessment, as the professional suggested my convertible top would need to be replaced, even though it was only the glass that was damaged. After further evaluation and repairs elsewhere, it became clear that the convertible top was in fine condition, and the issue was resolved without replacing it. This raised questions about whether the shop was being overly cautious or potentially upselling repairs. That said, my car remained at this shop for 34 days due to insurance negotiations and holiday scheduling delays. Although my vehicle was ultimately not repaired here, I genuinely appreciated
