Highly recommend them! The Mansfield locations employees were fabulous. Sam our contact point the whole time was amazing. He would keep us updated on everything going on. My car looks amazing! The work is top tier. The life time warranty is also a bonus!

I looked around at many of the different types of auto body shops in my area and saw this one had a lot of positive reviews that looked genuine with minimal negative reviews. I was just worried that a lot of the reviews at other locations might be fake or generated with how they are written (generative AI and bots), but I am not entirely sure. From the very first phone call to discuss details of the process to when I came back to pick up my fixed car, they made the process very easy for me and were reasonably accommodating. As someone taking their car in to get fixed for the first time at a body shop, it was very nice that they were informative, professional, kind, and seemed to really care about my experience and satisfaction with the repair. I highly recommend this place! After being rearended, I was already stressed enough. Sam was so kind and knowledgeable. He kept me updated, answered questions, and gave me peace of mind that my truck was going to come out looking perfect again. Rose, the receptionist, was so sweet, she made sure we were comfortable during any wait times, offered snacks and drinks. She was able to get me in so quickly and I appreciate her help. I also was able to meet Jose, the technician who did most of my work, he was so kind and he did an amazing job. My truck looks brand new and I'm so thankful for the fast and great service.

I would like to briefly express my experience with Twxas Collision Center. Sam Martinez, was the gentleman that was so complete. I brought my 2008 Toyota Avalon Limited to this facility. I had such a wonderful experience. Sam, was calm, cool, and collected ! This gentleman went out of his way . I was updated on every detail. Sam, was polite, informative , and extremely professional. I am so thankful to the Staff. The receptionist was so polite, and soothing. I am so impressed. If for any reason, if you need a vehicle repair, you need to take your vehicle here.
