Came in for an alignment the other week after replacing some parts on my truck. After telling them everything I did, they told me I used an incorrect tie rod end and it couldn’t be aligned. I told them I didn’t replace the tie rod end and told them what I thought the issue was. They told me it was the wrong part and they couldn’t do it. I took it to another shop down the street and explained to them what I thought it was. They listened to me, made the adjustment, and got me back on the road. Don’t come here, go anywhere else. Trust me.

I ran over some debris off an exit and blew out a tire on my Land Rover. I picked this shop because it was nearby, but I had a great experience with them. They communicated consistently, provided same-day service, and were very reasonably priced. I intend to go back for more maintenance because I thought so highly of their service.

I needed a tie rod .it wasn't replaced and charged me for a front in wheel alignmet.the computer wasn't working for me to get a printout of the work they stated was done.one guy charged me $60 no receipt.I went back to a receipt the man fumbled around and couldn't find a receipt book nervous as hell . finally I got a receipt saying I paid $65 did not. He didn't know what I came for then ask what kind of car was it. Would not recommend anyone. Charged for improper job.work is not done properly and still need to change my passenger tie rod arm control.

Didn’t have problems until this year. Had the exact same car last year and passed me then. Then this guy who seems a bit slow and not all there did it this time and is saying I have to step away from the car while he’s doing the inspection. Then says they don’t accept card (they did all those years before). And then says the brake light is out (it actually was out) and that the tint on my windows was too dark (again, same car LOL). Then he says he can “pass” me (illegally) for $120, $100 more than just the inspection. Oh yeah, and the nitwit left my windshield wiper unclipped! Don’t go here they’re trying to rip people off now!!
