They recommended a Towing company to safely transport my vehicle to the shop, they provided timely updates on the progress of the vehicle that was being serviced, they treated me like a valued customer, and they fixed the issue that the vehicle was brought in for and also gave me a complimentary inspection of my vehicle which allowed me to make an informed decision on additional work that the vehicle needed to get the maximum performance possible out of engine/car. I would highly recommend anyone taking their foreign vehicle to German Texas Autohaus and I plan to give them my business moving forward for all routine services and maintenance.

I had a very positive experience with Texas German Autohaus. They performed a full ZF transmission service along with engine and transmission mounts, and the difference is noticeable, shifts are smoother and low-speed drivability is significantly improved. Pricing was fair and transparent, communication was clear throughout the process, and everything was completed exactly as quoted. Love this place! Michael is great! I have an Audi A3 that is 5 years old and experienced creaking noises for over a year. Michael was able to diagnosis the issue by doing a test and finding the root cause which ended up being the control arms. It worked and now it's amazing to drive with no creaking noises anymore! I originally went to a place in Memorial and after a few every expensive attempts, the technicians couldn't figure it out, and never went back. Glad I made the switch and tried Texas German Autohaus. Michael is very honest and direct, but won't try to up sell you like the other places. He is also VERY knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend to use this autoshop. Great staff and has loaner cars!

When I go in to Texas, German Autohaus they treat me like family. They get me in and out as quickly as possible and I have compared their prices to the Mercedes dealership and they beat them hands down. I will continue to use Texas German Autohaus whenever the need arises or if I a question I can count on them to be fair and honest. They are great people to deal with.

TGA is as good as they have ever been in the last 20+ years I have known them through about 8 Mercedes vehicles that we have owned.
