Very quick to respond! I think texting them works best. I needed a glass door replaced at my business quickly and they got it done within a couple of hours from messaging them and a great price. My second time in using them over the last year and would recommend them.

Would like to first state that the person who installed the window did an excellent job however, the communication was awful. I set up an appointment for a quote and install. A time was never set up and no communication was made. They showed up at 530 as I was walking out the door. I tried to coordinate with them for the install and told them I had to leave by 430 but they never confirmed a time. They showed up at 330 and I was late to an engagement with my family and had to Uber there and hour after I was supposed to be there. Communication was awful

Ordered a new coffee table glass on February 12 and paid in full $430.00 It should have been ready in 4 to 6 business days. When delivery was setup they did not show or call. Called, called and called finally spoke to someone and he stated they were behind and setup delivery again and a again a no show and would answer the phone. Again I called and they would not respond to my voicemails so I called from the office and they answered on the first ring. I gave them a mouth full about the horrible service. This time he said the machine that did the beveled is broken and would be fixed and my glass would be delivered that Friday. Guess what no glass. And now I have been put off another week. DO NOT HIRE!!! Behrooz has taken care of 2 commercial jobs for us. This time though, we had payment issues. Not on our side, his. We were unable to process ACH on his Quickbooks because it didn’t allow it. So we explained we will send a check (that is the ONLY way our company pays our subcontractors). He couldn’t wait… it had only been a week since the job, that he lagged on completing, was complete. He threatened to take the push/pull handles off of a popular Texas based Restaurant if we did not pay by credit card. We NEVER pay by card because of fraud. He explained that I needed to hire someone who could pay him the way “HE” wanted. Very Unprofessional, Not Trustworthy, Can’t Wait for Payment, Unresponsive before job.

Even when pouring rain outside, they were able to replace my windshield and have me back on the road within 2 hours. Having no issues since (over 3 months) I highly recommend these folks!
